Ritual Goods & Products
Are your candles safe to burn with crystals and herbs inside?
Yes! However, we recommend removing large crystals or herbs before lighting to ensure a safe, even burn. Always trim your wick and never leave a burning candle unattended.

What is a simmer blend and how do I use it?
Simmer blends are herbal mixes used to energetically refresh your space. Simply simmer the blend in a pot of water on your stove and allow the aromatic steam to shift the energy in your home. They’re perfect for cleansing rituals, seasonal resets, or just raising your vibration.

Can I request a custom product or intention candle?
Absolutely! Laura offers custom candle or crystal kits tailored to your unique needs.

Are your products scented with essential oils or fragrance oils?
We primarily use natural essential oils for our candles and blends, with occasional phthalate-free fragrance oils when a specific scent is needed to support the intention.

What happens during a Reiki session?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice. Whether virtual or
in-person, Laura channels universal life-force energy to clear blockages and support emotional and energetic balance. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during your session.

What can I expect from a tarot reading?
Laura’s readings are intuitive and insight-driven. She uses tarot as a mirror for your soul’s journey, offering clarity and guidance on what’s shifting, what’s ready to heal, and what energy to align with next.
How do virtual sessions work?
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link or phone details. Find a quiet, comfortable space for your session and come with an open heart. Laura will guide you through everything from there.
Can I book a session for someone else?
Yes, as long as you have their permission. Please include their name and email when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Custom Birth Charts
What do I need to provide for a custom birth chart painting?
You'll need your birth date, exact time, and location. The more accurate, the better! Laura uses this info to create your chart and infuse it with your energetic blueprint.
How long does it take to receive my custom chart?
Each chart is hand-painted and Reiki-infused. Please allow 2–3 weeks for creation plus shipping time. You’ll receive updates as your piece progresses.
Can I choose my colors or style?
Yes! You can request specific color themes or symbols when you order. Laura will also intuitively design elements based on your chart’s energy.
Orders & Policies
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the handmade and energetic nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, standard domestic shipping is included in the price of all physical products unless stated otherwise.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. For international orders, please email us directly before placing an order to confirm availability and cost.
