Like Water Creations (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides energy healing services, intuitive readings, and handcrafted goods intended to support spiritual wellness and intentional living. These Terms govern your use of our site, products, and services.
Products & Services
Reiki & Tarot Sessions

All energy healing and tarot sessions are spiritual in nature and are not substitutes for licensed medical, legal, or psychological care.

Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.

Clients must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent to book a session.

Virtual and in-person sessions require timely arrival. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be marked as a no-show.
Custom Orders

Custom items, including hand-painted birth charts and intention candles, are personalized and made-to-order.

Once creation has begun, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Accurate information must be provided at the time of purchase (e.g., birth details for charts).
Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payments via Wix Payments, PayPal, or other trusted third-party processors. Payment must be completed in full before services are rendered or production begins.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on products or services.

Cancellations or rescheduling for Reiki or tarot sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can assist where possible.
